Since we are using the same calendar you see, there is no chance of overbooking you or your staff. If you wish, every morning we will email, fax, or text you a list of your appointments so you are prepared for your day. Then during the day we can also handle all cancellations, rescheduling, and last minute appointments. As appointments and/or cancellations happen throughout the day, we will keep you informed so you are always aware of last minute changes.
When clients call to schedule an appointment, we can provide them with information on the services you provide, including basic price quotes, as you desire. In addition, we can also take care of your appointment reminder calls. You know you hate making those reminder calls so let us do it for you!
