What Matters Most
I work really hard to balance life by remembering each day to put first things first. What comes first for me is my relationship with my Savior, Jesus Christ. I am a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints and I am grateful for my testimony of the Savior’s atonement. Because of His atonement, I can return to my Heavenly Father and live with my family for eternity.
I was a bit of a tom-boy as I grew up and I loved adventures! That meant that I spent as much of my childhood playing outdoors as I possibly could. And I still love challenges and adventures. When I’m not running the business, you can find me doing all kinds of daring things like riding my Harley or skiing down the slopes of the nearby mountains. I love to hike and camp, snow and water ski, and ride bikes (the kind with peddles in addition to the Harley).
Call Center Plus is now over 28 years years old. I started the business in the garage of my home when I found myself a single mom with three kids to raise. As my strongest desire was to be there for my children, I found a way to be home with them and still earn a living.
Hard work and trust pays off!
Like many start-up businesses, gaining a customer base was slow at first and I had to wear lots of hats to keep the business and my family from going under. I often worked 100+ hours per week answering those first calls. As hard as those first few years were, I am very grateful for all that I learned.
Because of what I have gone through, I can now handle the most challenging business problems. How? By surrendering the challenges to my Heavenly Father. He always has a better answer, a better solution, a better way than I could ever come up with on my own! I have seen miracles as I have met my goals.
As Call Center Plus has grown over the years, the business has evolved dramatically. Now progressive companies see us as an integral and important asset that affects their own bottom line. In fact, many businesses see us as the front door or main point of contact to their business. We help them build relationships with customers that may not have happened in any other way. I love that we are able to provide so much more to our clients than just being an answering service. We have become a complete customer service care/call center!

Certified Business/Success Coach
In addition to Call Center Plus, I am also a Certified Business Coach through the Carol Look Coaching Program. I have utilized many tools in this adventure called “life.” For instance, I use EFT or Tapping on a daily basis to deal with the stress associated with being the owner of a growing business and also resolving blocks that are keeping me stuck.
Another tool that has made a profound difference in my life is something I call “surrendering”. I surrender those things I have not be able to solve/resolve on my own, most often after a significant struggle. Then I am able to take inspired action when a prompting comes for a resolution. I have seen miracles along the way. For example, the way I was able to save tens of thousands of dollars in the construction of the new building. And gain new clients to bring in the income needed to pay for the building. The list goes on and on.
