What Matters Most
I work really hard to balance life by remembering each day to put first things first. And what comes first for me is my relationship with my Savior, Jesus Christ. I am a Mormon (a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints) and am grateful for my testimony of the Savior’s atonement, which makes it possible for me to return to my Heavenly Father and live with my family for eternity.
I was a bit of a tom-boy when I was a child and loved adventures! I spent as much of my childhood playing outdoors as I possibly could. I still love challenges and adventures. When I’m not running the business, you can find me doing all kinds of daring things like riding my Harley or skiing down the slopes of the nearby mountains. I still love to be active and outside. My interests include hiking and camping, snow and water skiing, and bike riding (the kind with peddles in addition to the Harley).
I started Call Center Plus over 24 years ago when I found myself a single mom with three kids to raise. My strongest desire was to be there for my children so I found a way to be home with them and still earn a living. Call Center Plus was created in the garage of my home. Like many start-up businesses, gaining a customer base was slow at first and I had to wear lots of hats to keep the business and my family from going under. I often worked 100+ hours per week answering those first calls. As hard as those first few years were, I am very grateful for all that I learned. I can now handle the most challenging business problems and have learned how to surrender the solutions to the challenges I have faced to my Heavenly Father. He always has a better answer, a better solution, a better way than I could ever come up with on my own! Miracles have happened, goals have been met, and solutions have presented themselves as I have taken inspired action.
As Call Center Plus has grown over the years we have evolved dramatically. We know that progressive companies see us as an integral and important asset that affects their own bottom line. We are often seen as the front door or main point of contact to the business and are able to build and bridge relationships with customers that the business would not build in any other way. I love that we are able to provide so much more to our clients than just being an answering service. We have become a complete customer service care/call center!

Certified Business/Success Coach
I am a Certified Business Coach through the Carol Look Coaching Program. I have utilized many tools in this adventure called “life.” I use EFT or Tapping on a daily basis to deal with the stress associated with being the owner of a growing business and also resolving blocks that are keeping me stuck. Another tool that has made a profound difference in my life is something I call “surrendering”. I surrender those things I have not be able to solve/resolve on my own, most often after a significant strugle and then take inspired action when a prompting comes for a resolution. Miracles have happened along the way. Savings of tens of thousands of dollars in the construction of the new building, new clients to bring in the income to pay for the building, the list goes on and on. I am going to write a book about the whole magnificient adventure. All because of Tapping and surrendering.
