For instance, according to information you provide, we can set your loved one up with a personalized account. Then, the loved one only has to dial one number to reach one of our caring, personable, and empathetic agents. Depending on the need, we will then connect them to the person or organization they need to reach.

How do we do this? We program all of your loved one’s important contacts into our system, including family members, friends, doctors, etc.. Then we simply call the person or organization who they want to reach and  patch them right through. In addition, we can set up reminders to call them at a particular time each day to remind them to take their meds, to remind them to get ready for an upcoming appointment, or just to check up on them. If we cannot not reach them, then we will take steps to contact you or the designated contact per your instructions.

You can rest easier knowing that your loved one will be checked on and assisted in these areas. They are also comforted knowing that someone is just a call away to assist them.

We know that you may want to be kept in the loop of what is happening. That is why we can send you an email or a text message for each phone call we take so you will know what we did to help them.

We charge a flat, nominal fee every 4 weeks, which covers your account maintenance and gives you 100 minutes of operator time. Once you use those minutes, you are charged a nominal per minute charge for only the additional minutes that you use. We bill in real time, so the charge is not rounded to the nearest minute but only for the time actually used. Phones answered = more clients = more money for your business= business growth.
